1. General Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to
[email protected]. The refund amount depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
15–30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund available.
No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.
2. Tour Modifications or Cancellations by TamasEstates LLC
We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour due to:
Weather or natural disasters
Safety concerns
Insufficient participant numbers
Government restrictions or force majeure events
In such cases, guests will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule or apply payment to another available tour
TamasEstates LLC is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to such changes, including flights or accommodation.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Some components of your trip may be non-refundable, including:
Visa fees or permits
Third-party service fees (e.g., park entry tickets)
Customized services or private bookings
These are clearly indicated during the booking process and are excluded from any refund.
4. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events including illness, cancellations, and travel delays.
5. Refund Processing
All approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
